How to delete your account
1. In the app
Open PrimeWarfare, choose Profile on the title screen, then Delete account. A guest commander confirms with one more tap; an account with an email address confirms with its password.
2. On the website
Log in, open Settings and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page, then confirm with your password.
3. No access any more?
Lost the app or your password? Reset the password on the website, or email command@primewarfare.com from the address of your account and we delete it for you within a month. A guest commander you can no longer reach is deleted automatically (see below).
4. What is deleted
- Deleted at once: your account (commander name, email address, password, emblem, rating and preferences), the app's sign-in tokens, the hashed install id and IP address, friends and invitations, your skirmish records and your place in a matchmaking queue. An open lobby you are in is left; a running match you are in counts as a surrender.
- Kept without your name: the results of finished online matches, so your opponents keep their history and ratings. Your seat then shows as "Deleted commander" and is no longer linked to you.
- Copies in server logs and backups disappear when those expire. An account with an email address gets a confirmation by email.
5. Guest commanders
A guest commander the app created for you is deleted automatically when it is abandoned: a week after it lost its sign-in on every device (for example after you logged in to another account), after 30 days without activity if it never finished a match or a skirmish, and after 180 days without activity in any case.
